Our bed and breakfast is located in a new independent villa, surrounded by a spacious garden and with parking space. Situated in a strategic location, within the absolute tranquility of the Conero Park.
The spacious room is divided into two areas: one part is equipped as a kitchen, exclusively for guests' use, and the other part is a living/bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
The room is equipped with TV, air conditioning, WiFi, fireplace, bathroom with shower, and an independent external entrance.
Breakfast is included in the price of the stay.
The second room has two single beds, a desk, a wardrobe, WiFi, TV, and an independent external access.
Guests are free to use the outdoor areas, such as the veranda and the garden, and they have an exclusive terrace in the garden, equipped with a table, chairs, and a gazebo.
In the garden, there are also Agra and Blondie, two medium-sized dogs, and two cats. Small pets are allowed.
The bed and breakfast is well connected to the city center, the train station, the navy base, Portonovo, and Mezzavalle thanks to the local bus services. Upon request, we also offer a car transportation service. The cost of transportation to and from the train station is 5 euros per person, while the transportation to the navy base is free.

Our enchanting place to stay is located just five minutes by car from the city center and the train station, and ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of Portonovo. Additionally, for young travelers without a car who need to go to the navy for exams or other reasons, we offer a convenient free shuttle service.
Just 300 meters away, you can visit the picturesque village of Pietralacroce, which has a bus stop to easily reach the city center with bus lines 91 and 92. Moreover, the village has all the necessary services to make your stay enjoyable, including a pharmacy, post office, bank, supermarket, bars, deli, and fish market.
