Our B&B is located in a recently built detached villa with a large garden and fenced parking, in the absolute tranquility of the Conero Park. The property is located 2 km from the city center, the train station and the Navy, 1. 5 km from the Passetto beach and 5 km from the Portonovo beach. 300 meters from the B&B is the Pietralacroce neighborhood, with a bus stop to the center (bus no. 91 and 92) and all services (pharmacy, post office, supermarket, bar, rotisserie, restaurant, butcher and other shops). For those who love walking in nature, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the splendid Scalaccia beach. The B&B has a twin bedroom with bathroom and a 50 square meter apartment, both with independent entrance from the garden. The room has two single beds, a desk, a wardrobe, a fridge, a TV, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, wi-fi, independent external access. The apartment is divided into two areas: one part with a fully equipped kitchen, for exclusive use, with a table and chairs and one part with a wardrobe, a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. It is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, wi-fi, an independent external entrance. Guests can use the outdoor spaces (veranda, garden and, on request, a barbecue) and have their own terrace in the garden, equipped with a table, chairs and a beach umbrella. The garden also hosts Blondie, a medium-sized dog, very docile with people and animals and two very sociable cats. The garden is completely fenced. Four-legged friends are welcome. The B&B is connected to the center, the station, the Marina, Portonovo and Mezzavalle with bus lines.
